ToDoInSlovenia - General Terms & Conditions for regular excursions program
By booking and being a part of ToDoInSlovenia tour/daily excursion, You agree to and accept the following terms and conditions. This agreement is between You (the participating passenger(s)) and ToDoInSlovenia D.D. (Dunajska cesta 117, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia) or any agent that is booking and/or paying ToDoInSlovenia in your or any passenger’s name.
1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
The passenger can book a travel arrangement in the ToDoInSlovenia offices or in any other accredited agency/hotel/ tourist information center or by e-mail/phone. By making a booking ToDoInSlovenia and the passenger agree a travel agreement, which includes the information regarding the travel arrangement that the passenger has chosen. When making a booking, the passenger has to provide all the necessary information required by ToDoInSlovenia.

If you book a tour via e-mail your tour is confirmed only when you recive a written confirmation from ToDoInSlovenia.
The passenger can book a travel arrangement on-line. When making a booking online, the passenger has to provide all the necessary information and his personal documents that are required by the travel arrangement programs and pay the total value of the travel arrangement.
Making payment by credit or debit card via Paypal (MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Activa):

Payment by payment order:
Passenger must to fullfill the payment order and pays it in the nearest bank or a post office.The payment order is the official confirmation of the payment. All the card information remains in the domain of bank and the agency as the merchant does not have access to this information.
2. PRICE OF TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT
Price of travel arrangement is stated in every travel program and becomes valid with the day of the publication of each program. Prices for all the arrangements are given in EUR. ToDoInSlovenia reserves itself the right to change the prices according to Obligations Code (the changes take place due to changes in currency exchange rates, changes in transport tariffs, changes in fuel prices…). Should the price changes occur, ToDoInSlovenia has the responsibility to inform the passenger at the latest 10 days before the day of departure. If the agreed price of the travel arrangement rises more than 10%, it is the right of the passenger to cancel his booking without any financial obligations. Yet it has to be done at the latest 2 days after receiving the notice of the price change. The inclusions of each tour are clearly marked in the program. Any optional will be paid directly on the spot to the local guide (all supplements are marked in the program)
3. AMENDMENT AND CANCELLATION OF BOOKING ON BEHALF OF PASSENGER
For every amendment after the booking has been made (upon filling in the booking form), if the amendment is possible at all, ToDoInSlovenia charges the passenger the amount of 10 EUR. The passenger has the right to cancel the booking. The cancellation of booking has to be made in writing. Should this occur ToDoInSlovenia reserves itself the right to claim from the passenger the costs that the agency has suffered due to the cancellation of booking. The amount of costs depends on the date when the written booking cancellation was received. Unless stated differently in the travel arrangement, the following cancellation terms are to be considered as valid:
- If you cancel until 24h in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
- If you cancel within 24h and 12h in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.
- If you cancel within 12 hours of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
Although unlikely, tours may be canceled/changed by ToDoInSlovenia due to lack of the minimum number of participants or other unforeseen circumstances. Proteus reserves the right to cancel/change tours up to but not more than 12 hours prior to the time of departure. In the event a tour is canceled/changed, You will be notified via email or phone. In the event of a cancellation by ToDoInSlovenia You will receive a full refund for the amount paid.
Should You not be able to attend a tour or event, or we are unable to offer a tour or event, due to a circumstance beyond our control or a force majeure event, ToDoInSlovenia has no responsibility for tour cancellations, and You will not be entitled to any refunds.
4. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
No responsibility is accepted for loss of or damage to travel documents or any of passenger’s belongings.
5. CHANGES OF ITINERARY
If necessary for any reason beyond ToDoInSlovenia control, ToDoInSlovenia can amend or cancel any of the arrangements for particular itinerary. ToDoInSlovenia is not responsible for any delay, deviation, or cancellation due to weather conditions. No trip can be cancelled or changed by You at anytime on the basis of weather conditions. ToDoInSlovenia is not responsible for delays due to labor disputes, border problems or other political factors.
6. HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
Tour participants should check with the consulates and local health boards for the latest health requirements. No medical expenses will be covered for illnesses that occur prior to arrival or on the tour.
7. SPEACIAL NEEDS TRAVELERS
Any disability requiring special attention must be reported at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of disabled participants; however we are not responsible for any denial of services
by carriers, hotels, restaurants, motor coaches, mini buses, vans and cars are note quipped with wheelchair ramps. We cannot provide individual assistance to a tour member for walking, dining, getting on/off transportation vehicles, or other personal needs.
Travelers who need assistance must be accompanied by a qualified and physically able companion.
8. YOUNG TOUR PARTICIPANTS
Tour participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
9. LOCAL HOLIDAYS
During national holidays certain facilities (museums, restaurants, sightseeing tours and shopping) may be limited or unavailable. Alternatives will be offered whenever possible.
10. CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY AND COMPLAINTS
It is Your responsibility to meet the transportation provided by ToDoInSlovenia at the correct time and location for departure. In the event You miss a planned departure, any extra travel costs incurred are Your sole responsibility and paid by You. Passengers who miss a departure time due to delay or cancellation of incoming transportation are not entitled to a refund.
There may be times when the ToDoInSlovenia guide must make a decision for the safety and/or the best interests of the group. By booking ToDoInSlovenia tour/excursion You comply with the authority and decisions of the ToDoInSlovenia guide and You do agree to comply with such authority and decisions. If You do not comply, or if in the good faith opinion of the ToDoInSlovenia guide You are not compatible with the general enjoyment of the group or the smooth operation of the tour (for reasons including but not limited to intoxication, lewd or inappropriate language or behavior, etc.), ToDoInSlovenia reserves the right to refuse to allow You to continue with the tour or the event. In such a case ToDoInSlovenia will not be liable for any refund, compensation, or additional costs incurred by You.
Every passenger - holder of the travel agreement, has the right to the reclamation of unsuitable services. According to the regulation of the Consumer Protection Act, the passenger has to inform of all the irregularities and deviations from the agreed and paid travel arrangement to the responsible person for the services (whoever carries them out) or the local representative at the travel destination as soon as possible. All must be officialy written and signed from both sides.Should the passenger fail to do so, after returning home he will not be able to hand in a written complaint, if the deficiencies were not completely settled. The passenger has to hand in a written reclamation at least 30 (thirty) days after the conclusion of the travel. In case the passenger misses the legally determined date for the handing in the reclamation, ToDoInSlovenia will not consider his complaint.
The prices of the travel arrangements, unless differently stated in the program, include basic accident insurance, yet they do not include health insurance, which means that the passengers are responsible for taking care of their own insurance. When travelling abroad it is recommended to get the health insurance with global coverage.
12. FINAL PREMISES
All the prices of ToDoInSlovenia programs include value added tax. By making a booking every passenger gives ToDoInSlovenia his permission to use the photographs and videos made on the travel (the photographs and videos could include every passenger) in promotional and commercial intentions. ToDoInSlovenia does not take any responsibility for the behaviour of passengers and damage that passengers would cause during the travel. In the event of dispute between ToDoInSlovenia and the passenger the legal procedure is in competence of the court in Ljubljana.
